Our school project, called LessBees, aims to raise awareness about the importance of bees in
our
ecosystem. Bees play a crucial role in pollination, which directly impacts the production of various
crops, including hops used in beer production. With the slogan "No bees no beer," our target
audience is people between the age of 18 and 30, as we believe it is essential to educate the
younger generation about
environmental issues.
To engage our audience, we have created beer labels, posters, stickers, and a website. The beer
labels feature eye-catching designs with information about the role of bees in beer production. The
posters and stickers are strategically placed in schools, community centers, and local businesses to
spread our message.
One unique aspect of our project is the use of virtual reality (VR) goggles. By wearing these
goggles and looking at our posters, users can experience the consequences of good and bad
environmental choices. They will witness the positive impact of supporting bee populations and the
negative effects of their decline.
Through our project, we aim to inspire teenagers to make environmentally conscious choices and take
action to protect bees and their habitats. By understanding the vital role bees play in our
ecosystem, we hope to encourage a sense of responsibility and empower the younger generation to
contribute to a sustainable future.
